Surgical results are published only where the patient has given written consent. Photographs are taken under standardised lighting and angles so that comparison is meaningful rather than flattering.

On consent and expectations
Every case shown here appears with the written permission of the patient. Results vary between individuals: skin thickness, cartilage strength, bone structure and healing all differ, so no photograph should be taken as a prediction of your own outcome. What can realistically be achieved for your face is discussed from your own photographs at consultation.
